All I can say is that most of the employees take the time to get to know me a little and I feel more like a friend then a customer when I go in because everybody treats me so well. All the guys in the parts department are great but it's nice to have somebody who knows who you are and what you like. And for me that parts man is Justin he is the best! "Jon sold me a quad last year. I'm pretty busy 5-6 out of the week, and I don't want to spend much of my free time waiting around for...well anything that somebody else can or will do.(honesty counts, right?) I blew the motor on my sled late in the season of '09 - an older sled that had earned the right to be put out to pasture. As a "sledhead " I naturally started looking for a ride in June. In the past I had actually been refused service at a local dealership/shop, "Sled's?..were doin boats and lawn equip. now." I didn't expect to go to the front of the line,...just to be put INTO the line. NO! Jon pulled the sled that I was interested in out of storage & summmerization, cleaned it up, kept in contact with me without any pressure, and ultimatly handled all paperwork & finacing - IN JULY!
